As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in Spokane WA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will help manage access control monitor entry points conduct routine patrols and support a professional welcoming experience for employees and this role you will help to deter security-related incidents through strong communication teamwork and integrity while contributing to a caring agile reliable and innovative culture.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access control points verify credentials and/or visitor authorization and help to manage the entry and exit of employees contractors deliveries and guests.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report observations according to site protocols.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs access records and/or incident documentation while communicating clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter including key entry points parking areas and operational zones with awareness that working conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
