Looking for a Construction Safety Advisor in Abilene, TX. Join Our Client, a global AI and cloud leader! Bring 5+ years of EHS experience, deep OSHA knowledge, and a consultative mindset to drive safety excellence across cutting-edge data center construction projects.

salary: $93.33 - 114.00 per hour

responsibilities:

• Evaluate lease partner safety programs, conduct site observations, and monitor compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and Our Client's global construction standards.

• Conduct frequent field safety walks and actively participate in weekly HRA planning to evaluate and mitigate on-site risks.

• Ensure timely incident reporting, coordinate escalations with Our Client's stakeholders, and validate root cause analyses and corrective actions.

• Act as a strategic liaison between lease partners and Our Client, providing coaching and guidance to foster a proactive, prevention-focused safety environment.

• Complete essential deliverables, including daily site observations and weekly activity reports, while maintaining precise records in company systems.
