What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end video production process, from footage selection through editing, sound design, animation, and final delivery
  • Produce multiple versions of content to support testing and optimization efforts

  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, including editing, color correction, sound design, and file management
  • Experience creating both high-quality brand content and high-volume, performance-driven assets
  • Familiarity with platform-specific video styles for channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, including typography, motion, pacing, and sound
  • Experience creating multiple variations from a single concept to support testing
  • Understanding of performance-driven creative principles such as hooks, engagement, and calls to action
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve creative processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your work across video, social content, and digital campaigns
