**Blockchain Game Alliance** is seeking a **Senior Lead Blockchain Engineer** to help build and scale the next generation of Web3 gaming infrastructure and decentralized applications.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on smart contract architecture, blockchain infrastructure, security, and scalability. You'll work closely with product, frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver production-grade blockchain solutions used by global gaming communities.
**Responsibilities**
Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts.
Lead blockchain architecture and technical decision-making.
Review code and maintain engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver blockchain-powered products.
Drive smart contract security, testing, and deployment processes.
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
**Requirements**
5+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of professional blockchain development experience.
Strong Solidity and EVM expertise.
Experience deploying production smart contracts.
Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of blockchain security and smart contract best practices.
Experience integrating blockchain systems with modern web applications and APIs.
Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.

Rust or Solana
Layer 2 or cross-chain systems
DeFi, NFT, or GameFi experience
Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure
TypeScript and Node.js
Zero-knowledge technologies
