About Madison Medical

Madison Medical is a physician-led, multidisciplinary ambulatory care facility delivering out-of-network care across sports medicine, medical wellness, and rehabilitation. Based in Madison, New Jersey, we operate as a licensed multi-specialty musculoskeletal super group with a vertically integrated care model designed to deliver the full continuum of MSK and wellness services under one roof.

Our clinical and operational structure reflects the infrastructure of a hospital-based outpatient center, with greater agility, stronger patient experience, and a sharper operational focus. We combine clinical excellence, structured systems, and modern technology to support high-level patient care across every stage of the patient journey.

Our practice operates from multiple floors of dedicated clinical space at 345 Main Street, Madison, NJ, with active buildout underway to expand advanced recovery, regenerative medicine, and wellness services. We are also building Management Services Organization infrastructure to support future multi-site expansion.

Our service lines span more than 15 specialties, including chiropractic medicine, interventional pain management, physical therapy and rehabilitation, primary care and sports medicine, podiatry, acupuncture, allergy testing and SLIT immunotherapy, hormone optimization, weight management, regenerative medicine, IV nutrient therapy, sleep medicine, athletic recovery, behavioral health integration, and telehealth.

Our operational platform includes a multi-provider clinical team, C-suite leadership across operations and finance, full-cycle revenue cycle management, CureMD integrated with reporting and digital intake systems, and a dedicated patient acquisition and community outreach function.

This person also coordinates referrals, maintains accurate documentation, supports compliant recordkeeping in CureMD, and works across Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral. The role includes tracking patient progress through internal systems and reporting tools, partnering with clinical and billing teams to improve patient flow, protecting patient confidentiality, and staying calm and solution-focused in high-volume settings.

Additional Company Context

Madison Medical Sports and Wellness is not a single-provider practice and not a traditional chiropractic office. We are a diversified healthcare enterprise built to reduce dependence on any one specialty, provider, or payer. Our model includes institutional-grade billing capability, recurring revenue through wellness and longitudinal care programs, real estate-backed expansion, and deep community integration through partnerships with schools, athletic programs, police departments, and municipal organizations.

We are building the next generation of outpatient MSK care, combining hospital-level clinical breadth with the speed, structure, and patient experience of a modern growth-focused medical group.

  • Madison Medical is not where we started. It is what we have built, and we are still building.
