At our facility in Piscataway you can  develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Packaging Designer :

• Lead the design process of paper based packaging from conceptualization to production, ensuring high-quality design projects that meet customer needs and manufacturing constraints
• Utilize technical design software such as ArtiosCAD to optimize designs and propose innovative solutions
• Develop prototypes and models to test form, fit, and function and troubleshoot production issues
• Support the sales team and participate in technical client presentations to ensure packaging feasibility that meets customer demands and budget constraints
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements, communicate timelines, and manage expectations where needed
• Research and recommend new manufacturing processes, materials, and finishes to enhance product quality and efficiency

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Industrial Designer if you have:

• Educational background in Industrial Design or related certification and/or equivalent relevant experience in the field 
• Knowledge of ArtiosCAD is an asset
• Possess strong design skills and desire to continue evolving in the packaging industry
• Leverage your creativity and problem-solving skills to fuel innovation and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Communicate effectively with external and internal stakehoders, fostering positive relationship and delivering exceptional service
