Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate Hospital Concierge to be the heart of our patient experience, providing essential non-medical support and hospitality within our hospital. This role is a vital partner to our nursing teams, designed to take on all non-clinical work so nurses can dedicate their time and expertise exclusively to patient care. By handling the essentials that go beyond clinical needs, you ensure every patient feels comfortable, supported, and cared for. If you are attentive, empathetic, and energized by genuine, face-to-face service, this is your chance to shine.

Schedule & Requirements:

  • Schedule: Shift schedules vary and may include weekends. This is a full-time role, consisting of Four 10-hour shifts per week (one weekend shift included each week)
  • Physical Requirement: Employees will be required to be on their feet for the majority of their shift.
What You'll Need (Qualifications):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is a plus.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Be the frontline hero, swiftly and cheerfully fulfilling all non-clinical requests from patients, nursing staff, and unit secretaries. This allows our nurses to focus 100% on medical and clinical patient care.1
  • Help patients with essential needs, from fetching non-medical items to providing information about hospital amenities.
  • Cultivate a welcoming and caring atmosphere through your friendly presence, attentive service, and genuine comforting words.
  • Help maintain pristine, clutter-free patient rooms and hallways to ensure a clean and pleasant environment.
  • Ensure that common areas on the designated floor are organized and inviting.
  • Bridge communication between patients and hospital staff to facilitate resolution and ensure patients' non-medical needs are met.
  • Listen to patient feedback and concerns, and relay them to the appropriate departments for swift resolution.
  • Offer compassionate, empathetic support to patients and their families, being a consistent source of comfort during their hospital stay.
