Advocates Real Estate Group is hiring our Success Champion.

We are a high-producing boutique real estate team serving the greater Houston area. Clients include high net worth individuals and people navigating some of the most consequential transitions of their lives — residential moves, divorce, and probate files with court oversight, major investments, and complex estate situations. We hold ourselves to a high standard, we operate with high competency, and we believe that it should be our joy to do this work well and serve clients well.

Who you are:

You are a servant leader. You lead from the front when it matters and from behind when your team needs it. You take ownership of the experience every client has with this team, and you take it personally when that experience falls short.

You genuinely love people, and it shows — not in a performative way, but in the maturity and grace you bring to every interaction, including the hard ones. You are diplomatic, you are steady, and the people around you feel that.

You are also exceptional at running a complex operation every single day. Details do not slip through your hands. Deadlines do not sneak up on you. You are the person who catches the problem before it becomes a fire, communicates before anyone has to ask, and holds the team to the standard the team lead set when she built this business. Where systems do not yet exist, you build them. Where they exist, you work within them and make them better. Systems thinking is not optional in this role — it is how the work gets done at the level we expect.

You do not need to be told what to do twice.

Base salary with closing bonus that typically exceeds $60,000+

• Client communication. You are the communication champion on this team. Every active client knows what is happening with their transaction, every time, without having to ask. You set the cadence, and you hold it.
• Transaction oversight. Our licensed TC handles contract execution. You own everything around it — timelines, coordination with lenders and title, client updates, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks from contract to close.
• Client relationships. Closed does not mean done. You are the client experience champion for this team — past clients, present clients, and the referral relationships that keep this business growing into a highly rated and top-producing team.
• Team leadership. You are the team champion. You support, protect, and advocate for the people on this team. You are the bridge between our team lead's vision and the team's daily execution.

• A Texas real estate license is ideal. If you are not currently licensed, you need to demonstrate that you know this industry well enough to have a real, confident conversation with a client about their transaction — and that you can hold that conversation until a licensed team member steps in when needed. Unlicensed candidates with deep real estate operations experience are welcome to apply and will be considered seriously.
• Strong organizational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment are non-negotiable.
• Experience serving high-net-worth clients or working in a high-expectation, relationship-driven industry is a strong plus.
