We are seeking an Account Director for Data Centers to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to key accounts. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, this role is at the crossroads of business strategy and cutting-edge technology.

You will collaborate with senior executives, mobilize global resources, and deliver solutions that enable customers to accelerate their energy transition.

  • Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans to increase customer spend and loyalty.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering tailored solutions and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives.
  • Drive order growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Resolve complex issues while ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Align internal resources to meet evolving client needs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity in all engagements.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline (required).
  • 12+ years of account management experience (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years working with data center or hyperscale clients.
  • Strong track record in sales, relationship management, and problem resolution.
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional business environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Work authorization in the United States is required.
